Fee Rules

Fee is to be paid according to the instructions printed in the fee book, provided at the time of Admission / or as per circulars issues from time to time.

1. Fee may be paid either by Cash at School Counter, DD made payable to "MIET PUBLIC SCHOOL" payable at Meerut or by using the Easypay facility provided by ICICI Bank. Details available at the Fee Payment link.
2. Annual Fee of Rs. 8,000 is payable in TWO equal installments of Rs. 4,000 with Term 1 and Term 3 Fee.
3. Tuition Fee (Term 2, 3 and 4) is due by 15th of July, October and January without any fine .The School fees are to be paid regularly in any branch of ICICI Bank of your area. After the due date, a late-fee fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged.
4. If the Term 2, 3 and 4 fees are not paid by 10th August, November, February respectively the student's name will be removed from the school roll without any notice and re-admission may be granted entirely at the discretion of the Principal. Fresh admission fees shall be payable in CASH before such re-admission along with the arrears of fees including the fine in full.
5. Students will not be allowed to sit for the examination unless all dues have been cleared prior to its commencement.
6. The school does not take any responsibility of sending reminders to parents to pay school fees.
7. If revision of fees is found necessary, it will be carried out at any time during the academic year.
8. The parents are obligated to pay the difference/excess amount in case of the revision of fees whenever applicable.
9. Full year fees will be charged in case any student seeks admission in the middle of the term.
10. Notebooks and School Bag (once in 2 years) shall be provided free of cost to all students. (Extra note books, if needed, will have to be paid for)
11. Complimentary Notebooks and stationery shall be provided only after payment of Annual Charges and First Term fee.
12. Sibling Discount: Term 4 Fee (January to March) waived for younger siblings
13. Rs. 1,000 discount shall be given to those students who pay the complete fee in a single installment
14. Bus conveyance charges are extra and will be charged for 12 months payable in advance along with Term fees. School conveyance, once opted for, will be compulsory for the entire year.
15. Annual Charges include mainly facilities such as Laboratories, Library, Sports,  Activities, Almanac, I-Card, Newsletters, Examinations, numerous curricular Programmes, Religious Celebrations, Sports Events,  Athletic Meet, Nurse Facility, Field Trips and Scholastic Report.
16. Annual Function charges shall be payable at the time of the function.
17. Refund of security deposit should be applied for by the parent/guardian at the time of the students leaving the school in the prescribed form along with a PRE-RECEIPT duly signed by the parent or guardian in acknowledgement of the receipt of refund.
18. Students should not be entrusted with the payment of fees.
19. Any fee, once deposited, shall be nontransferable and non-refundable.
20. A new fee book will only be issued at the cost of Rs. 100 in case of a loss of the same.
